What Will The Appreciation Gift Be?
ByMaximo may offer products, to its loyal members depending on rank. The selection of the gift depends on availability and ByMaximo.com reserves the right to change and replace gifts in its discretion.
How Are Ranks Determined?
Each Loyalty member will belong to a tier based on the total amount of points the member has during a 12-month period.
How Do I Earn Points?
Points are earned through product purchases and a variety of tasks performed. Such as; following us on Social Media or sending in before and after pics.
Can I Move Down A Rank?
Yes, your points are valid for a rolling 12-month period, and if there is no points earned during such 12 months, it is possible to move down a rank.
Do I Keep Points If I Return An Item?
No. If you return a purchase or reverse a test that awarded points, the loyalty points earned from that purchase or task will be deducted from your account.
How Do I Know My Rank?
Your current Rank will be displayed in your account when you log in to ByMaximo.com. You will also be notified by email when you move up a rank.
