Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at support@bymaximo.com. Please put “Return” in the subject line. In the body of the email, include your name, your address, the order number, reason for request, your phone number, and your email address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged Goods
You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs in the event any product arrives damaged. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hrs. if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment in the currency used to pay for the original transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bymaximo.com.
